What camping options are available?

We offer General Camping (bring your own tent), Electric Hook-Up pitches, Pre-Pitched Tents (ready on arrival), and Glamping options with luxury amenities. Each option includes access to our modern facilities, security, and the best atmosphere at motorsport events.

How do I complete my booking?

Accepted Answer

Browse our events, select your preferred pitch type, and click 'Book Now'. You'll be directed to our ticketing partner Yapsody to complete payment securely. Final payment is processed through their platform, and you'll receive confirmation via email.

Question 3

What time can I arrive and when must I leave?

Accepted Answer

Check-in times are: Wednesday 12:00pm (midday) to 10:00pm, and Thursday/Friday 8:00am to 10:00pm. Check-out is by 12:00pm on the day after the event ends (typically Monday). If you arrive after 10pm, please report to night security at the main gate.

What facilities are provided on site?

All pitches include access to modern shower blocks, toilet facilities, drinking water points, and waste disposal. We also provide 24/7 security, first aid services, and food vendors. Electric hook-up pitches include 16A power supply.

What is your refund policy?

Accepted Answer

Cancellations made more than 60 days before the event receive a full refund minus a small admin fee. Cancellations 30-60 days prior receive 50% refund. Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds for cancellations within 30 days of the event. Weather-related cancellations are handled on a case-by-case basis.

What should I bring with me?

Accepted Answer

For general camping, bring your tent, sleeping bags, camping chairs, and cooking equipment. Don't forget sun protection, rain gear, and comfortable shoes. For pre-pitched and glamping, bedding and furniture are provided. All guests should bring valid event tickets, photo ID, and any personal items needed. Note: Drones and electric scooters are strictly prohibited on site.
