"What a great campsite 10 min walk to trackside, lots of male & female flushing toilets with products! & loads of hot shower cubicles....all kept super clean every day. Also the amenities on site were great...a bar, live music, a shop with essentials, pizza van, burger & hot drinks van.... staff were really friendly & helpful. Felt really safe there never even locked our camper van up!"

"Great location and friendly staff.. had a great experience in 2024 had to comeback in 2025. Looking forward to returning in 2026. Cornershop was a great addition this year alongside the better toilets and showers. Service wise, I can't fault the friendly and dutiful staff."

"Stayed here for the British F1 at Silverstone and just wanted to say how amazing our stay was. Staff were on top form, so professional, so happy and keen to help in any way they could. The facilities were so much more than we expected and the showers were the best, better than mine at home tbh. The cleaning team had their work cut out but again did amazing. Would 100% recommend for camping at Silverstone events."

"This was our second stay at Cartmel Fields, and we had very few issues. Yes, there was mud. It rained near enough non-stop, and we were staying on what is usually a working farm, so no great surprise. There were definitely more facilities than last year. The staff were very helpful. Looking forward to next year already."

"I broke my ankle 4 weeks ago and have a wheelchair and crutches. As soon as we arrived the staff were amazing, making sure we got a spot on level ground and as close to the toilets as possible. They helped me get across the field and stopped traffic so I could cross safely. They stayed cheerful and so helpful. Well done all!"

"We had the most amazing weekend at Cartmel Fields. On the Monday a huge thank you to Aidan and Pete. Our car got a flat battery and they went above and beyond to get us charged up. Then the telehandler came to the rescue getting us out safe and sound. We honestly can't thank everyone enough!"

"What a cracking site. We were allocated plenty of space for our tent and car. Showers were lovely, clean and hot. The team handed out water to everyone in the queue and we saw lovely lads pushing cars out of the mud, all done with good humour. We will definitely be back!"

"Had an absolutely fantastic stay at Cartmel this year (our first ever GP). Showers and toilets were always clean. The entertainment was great. Some of the team came and offered to help us set up. Everyone was super friendly, including Bear the dog! All the team are an absolute credit to Cartmel."
