Refund & Cancellation Policy

Standard Cancellation Policy
✓ 90% Refund
Cancellations made 60 or more days before the event start date receive a 90% refund.
◐ 50% Refund
Cancellations made between 30-60 days before the event start date receive a 50% refund.
✗ No Refund (0%)
Cancellations made 30 days or less before the event start date are non-refundable. No-shows or early departures are not eligible for refunds.
Event Cancellation by Organizer
If the motorsport event (e.g., British Grand Prix, MotoGP) is cancelled or postponed by the official event organizer (Silverstone Circuit, BRDC, Formula 1, MotoGP):
- Full refund of your camping pitch booking
- Refunds processed within 14 business days of official cancellation announcement
- Alternative: Transfer your booking to another available event at no extra cost (subject to availability and price difference)
Note: We cannot be held responsible for event cancellations, postponements, or changes made by the official event organizers.
Weather-Related Refunds
Camping is an outdoor activity and bookings are non-refundable due to adverse weather conditions unless:
- A Met Office Red Warning is issued for the event location during the event dates
- We are forced to close the campsite due to safety concerns (at our discretion)
- Local authorities issue an evacuation order

Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds are processed as follows:
- 7-14 business days to return to your original payment method
- Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take an additional 3-5 business days to appear in your account
- You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been processed
How to Request a Refund
To request a cancellation and refund, please contact us with:
- Your booking reference number
- Name on the booking
- Event name and date
- Reason for cancellation (optional but helps us improve)

Non-Refundable Add-Ons
The following add-ons are non-refundable once purchased:
- Reserved pitch upgrades
- Pre-ordered merchandise or equipment rentals
- Additional vehicle passes (once event has started)
These items follow the same cancellation timeline as your main booking but may have different refund percentages.
Travel Insurance Recommendation
Exceptions & Special Circumstances
We understand that exceptional circumstances can arise. In cases of serious illness, bereavement, or other extenuating circumstances, please contact us directly. While we cannot guarantee refunds outside our standard policy, we will review each case individually and may offer:
- Credit for a future event
- Partial refund consideration
- Transfer to another person (free of charge)
Documentation may be required to support exceptional circumstances claims.
