Check-In Times
Wednesday (Early Arrival)
12:00pm (midday) - 10:00pm
Thursday & Friday
8:00am - 10:00pm
Late Arrivals
After 10pm, report to night security at main gate
Check-Out
By 12:00pm on departure day (typically Monday)
Strictly Prohibited Items
The following items are absolutely NOT permitted on site:
- Drones - No drones of any kind
- Electric scooters - Not permitted anywhere on site
Failure to comply may result in removal from the site without refund.
What to Bring to Check-In
- Booking confirmation (email or printed)
- Photo ID (driver's license or passport)
- Any add-on confirmations (early arrival, electric upgrade, etc.)
- Blue Badge (if applicable)
Arrival Process
Follow Event Signage
Look for campsite signs once near the circuit
Join Queue
Follow traffic marshal directions (expect queues on peak days)
Check-In Desk
Present booking confirmation and ID
Receive Pitch Assignment
You'll be given your pitch location and wristbands
Drive to Pitch
Follow marshals to your designated camping area
Set Up
Get settled and enjoy your weekend!
Peak Times
Busiest arrival times: Thursday 2pm-6pm, Friday 10am-2pm
Arrive early (before 12pm Thursday) for shorter queues and better pitch selection.
Important Notes
Pitch Allocation
Pitches are assigned on arrival, not pre-allocated
Wristbands
All guests receive wristbands for site access - wear them at all times
Vehicles
One vehicle per pitch (standard) - additional vehicles use overflow parking
Noise
Quiet hours 11pm-7am in all zones
