Site Rules

Please help us maintain clean facilities for everyone:

• Report any issues to site staff immediately
• Keep facilities clean and tidy after use
• Do not dispose of inappropriate items in toilets
• Be considerate of others waiting during busy times

Proper waste disposal is essential for maintaining a clean campsite:

• Use designated grey water disposal points only
• Do not empty waste water onto the ground or into drains
• Separate recycling according to marked bins
• Chemical toilet waste must be disposed of at designated points
• Do not leave rubbish outside your pitch - use provided bins

Important safety information:

• Do not exceed 16A load - this may trip circuit breakers
• Bring a minimum 25-meter hook-up cable with appropriate weatherproofing
• Do not daisy-chain extension leads or overload sockets
• Ensure all electrical equipment is in good working order
• Report any electrical faults to site staff immediately
• Do not tamper with electrical equipment or reset breakers yourself
• Keep electrical connections raised off the ground when possible

Alcohol and food policies:

• Licensed bar operates within designated hours
• No alcohol sales to persons under 18 years
• Challenge 25 policy is in operation
• Responsible drinking is expected - we reserve the right to refuse service
• You may bring your own food and drink onto your pitch
• BBQs must be raised off the ground (no disposable BBQs directly on grass)
• Open fires are strictly prohibited

These zones have stricter policies to ensure a peaceful environment:

• Quiet hours: 11pm - 7am (strictly enforced)
• No loud music or excessive noise at any time
• Generators are NOT permitted in quiet/family zones
• Children must be supervised at all times
• Respect other campers' need for rest
• Failure to comply may result in removal from the zone

Event-Specific Policies:

• Generators: Permitted but must be switched off between 11pm and 7am. Not permitted in the family/quiet field at any time. Position exhausts away from neighbours.
• Open fires: Not permitted. Raised BBQs only where allowed. Keep water/extinguisher to hand.
• Pets: Not permitted on site.
• Quiet hours: 11pm - 7am. Family zones have stricter enforcement.
• Glass policy: Follow event guidance in shared areas and near stages.
• Drones: Absolutely NO drones permitted on site.
• Electric scooters: NO electric scooters permitted on site.

Standard Site Rules:

• All campers must check in at reception upon arrival
• Vehicle speed limit: 5mph on site
• Follow instructions from site staff and security at all times
• No aggressive or antisocial behavior will be tolerated
• Failure to comply with rules may result in removal from the site without refund
